Citizens will be happy to hear that Life Positive magazine's two-day expo on all things spiritual returns this year. The body-mind-spirit festival has been an integral part of Mumbai's spiritual scene since 2012 and is an offshoot of the magazine which is heading towards a very successful 20th year of publication.

To be held on Saturday and Sunday, the expo will stress on matters that deal with health and healing. One of the leading exponents of acupressure Ketan Shah will be holding a workshop this year as will well-known theta healer Renu Aggarwal. There will be a sound healing workshop by Rivesh Vade, while Darryl D'Sousa will conduct a workshop on healing chronic diseases.

Besides the exhibition on spiritual services and products, spiritualist Jaya Row is scheduled to give a free inaugural discourse at 4.15pm on Saturday. One could experience the coolness of a mud bath or learn what the Akashic Records say and experience the latest healing arts or get one's face read.

"This expo is really special to me because it's an opportunity to meet Life Positive readers," said Life Positive editor Suma Varughese.

The Life Positive Expo will be held at the World Trade Centre, Center 1, on November 28 and 29 between 9.30am and 6pm. Contact: Issac Chettiar: 9702501552/ 09873071110
