Dr. Manoj Matnani, paediatric nephrologist at KEM Hospital, said that jealousy, hate, avoiding and leg-pulling (JHAL) are various negativities which bring down the power of self.

As a part of ‘My Telangana, Addictions-free Telangana’, a lecture on ‘mind power for the 21st century’ was conducted at GITAM School of Technology, GITAM University, Hyderabad campus on Friday.

Addressing the students, Dr. Manoj said that practicing Rajayoga meditation regularly was the only solution to clean the mind from these negativities.

He also explained how to focus the mind (MIND- My Inner Noisy Driver) towards healthy living and ways to leave addictions.

He brought awareness about addiction-free living in the youth by giving real-time data and facts through a presentation.
