The SC/ST Cell of NIT Warangal is organising free coaching for aspirants of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) examination, said its coordinator K. Anand Kishore.
The coaching classes would be held from December 1, 2015 to January 31, 2016 from Monday to Saturday between 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Academic building on the campus. It has been organising free coaching classes for GATE examination for the past two years for the benefit of SC/ST students of B. Tech and PG (Maths and Science) through SC/ST Sub-Plan grants sanctioned to NIT, Warangal. The NITW Director has agreed to extend the facility to SC/ST engineering students who do not belong to NIT Warangal. Hence, the students studying in other engineering colleges may also attend the classes. The students intending to attend the classes are requested to register their names with Mr. Anand Kishore.
