1 Man robbed of keys and cellphone. On Nov. 10, a man called Denver police after he was robbed in a garage in the 600 block of South Decatur Street. The man said he was visiting with friends in the garage when the suspect began swinging a hammer at him. He then took the victim’s keys and cellphone and pulled a knife, threatening to kill him if he was followed.

2 Large party won’t pay whole bill. Workers at Denny’s, 1605 Federal Blvd., called police after a party of 10 refused to pay their whole bill on Nov. 12. The suspects paid about $70, leaving about $30 left unpaid after the bill was separated. They then fled in two different vehicles.

3 Suspect wants to fight all comers. On Nov. 13, a man was arrested after he caused a disturbance and damaged cars in the 1500 block of Blake Street. The man was shouting at people and trying to fight them. He also flipped over some metal gates, one of which hit a parked car, causing damage.

4 Man robbed at gunpoint. A man called police Nov. 14 after he was robbed at gunpoint in the 4500 block of Quebec Street. The man said he had his house door propped open when two suspects entered and one simulated holding a gun in his pocket. The suspects took the victim’s cellphone. The victim was not able to provide answers to a lot of police questions.

5 Suspect spits in victim’s face. On Nov. 15, a man was arrested for spitting in a medical staffer’s face at Denver Medical Health Center, 777 Bannock St. The worker washed his face and the suspect was restrained and placed in a spit hood by staff.
