Sky Grill, the rooftop alfresco restaurant at Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi, has reopened for dining with a weekend meal offering.
The buffet menu comprises 12 varieties of Indian and Continental grilled specialties right from a traditional Murgh Hariyali Pasanda to Arabian Shawarma Spiked Cottage Cheese, garnished with delicious spices and marinades. The highlight of the buffet is live grill counters where the food will be customised to one’s liking. The buffet will also include spread of soup, salad, main course & desserts.
Elaborating on the buffet menu, chef Mukul Jha, executive chef, Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai, Vashi, says, “Our menu reflects a combination of diverse flavours both Indian & Continental which sets it apart. The Awadhi kebabs and European barbecue grill is definitely a must try and the highlight of our menu.”
