Four killed in road accident

Four persons were killed and two sustained injuries when a mini lorry in which they were travelling overturned at Malakapuram village in the district on Wednesday.

The deceased were identified as Dheeravath Mounika (20), Kamalamma (25), Sridhar (11) and Nannu (12).

Yadagirigutta police said that Dheeravath Chander and his brother Ramdas Nayak, who reside in Moula Ali in Hyderabad, along with their family members came to Yadagirigutta to offer prayers to the presiding deity.

On their way back , the mini lorry lost control and overturned at a sharp curve.

Two others - Chandrasekhar and Anil Kumar - sustained serious injuries.
