A Framingham woman threw her 103-year-old neighbor to the floor when he refused to give her money, a prosecutor said in Framingham District Court on Tuesday.Police arrested Leslie Belliveau, 53, at her 5 Conant Road home on Monday at 7:45 p.m., charging her with the assault on her centenarian neighbor that occurred on Friday, prosecutor Batool Raza said during Belliveau's arraignment,  MetroWest Daily News reported Tuesday.The victim told police he was sitting in his apartment on Friday around 7:15 p.m. when Belliveau, who he thought was named "Maria," came into his apartment through the open front door. He said Belliveau - who the man lived next to for six years - appeared intoxicated."She demanded that he give him money," said Raza. "He didn't give her any money and she began a physical fight."The man told police that Belliveau threw him to the floor and he suffered bruises on both of his arms. He tried to call police, but Belliveau took his phone. Raza said the man then pressed his medical alert alarm and Belliveau fled the apartment.Police obtained security video that showed Belliveau going into the apartment and then leaving about a minute later. The victim identified the person seen on the video as the woman who assaulted him, the prosecutor said.When questioned, Belliveau refused to talk about the alleged assault, Raza said.Police charged Belliveau with assault and battery on an elderly person and intimidation of a witness. She also had a Framingham District Court warrant that charged her with disorderly conduct from an incident in May where she claimed she was stabbed but police later determined it was a lie.Raza asked Judge David Cunis to hold Belliveau on $2,500 bail, saying she had a record that included several larcenies.Belliveau's lawyer, Trevor Clement, said there was no assault."This is clearly a case of an elderly old man who is confused," Clement said.He also told Cunis that the $2,500 bail was paramount to holding Belliveau without bail."She literally has $40 to her name," he said. "A $50 bail is literally 125 percent of her life savings."Cunis ordered Belliveau held on $500 bail. She is due back in court on Dec. 21 for a pretrial conference.
