Emily Goodin to Join RealClearPolitics as D.C. Bureau Managing Editor

A House staffer returns to journalism.

realclearpolitics_social_logoEmily Goodin will be the new managing editor of RealClearPolitics’ Washington, D.C. bureau, responsible for newsroom reporters and for coordinating political and issues-based coverage.

Goodin comes to RCP from the House of Representatives, where she was a senior communications specialist in the non-partisan Office of the Chief Administrative Officer.

But before working on the Hill, Goodin worked at The Hill, as associate editor of campaigns and later as features editor. Before coming to The Hill in 2008, Goodin had been at National Journal, where she had a weekly magazine column and worked on The Hotline.
