They caught up with him eventually after a long chase and started beating the hell out of him and insisting he and his passengers will follow them to the station.The guy on white carrying a child' is one of the passengers and they pushed him into their vehicle.3 days ago a similar incident happened just a little backwards from where this one happened and it was police chasing okada guy, they actually hit the okada guy and he tumbles from his bike and broke his head. Blood was everywhere and the still carried the guy like that with his Bike away.I really don't get this, because I don't know if it's right or wrong for police men to be chasing people but the torture part is what I see as wrong.In this guy's case now I feel it's the fear of police that made him run cos they searched the vehicle and didn't find anything and the guy was shaking with so much fear. You can even see someone trying to help him out of the sun''.
