SPRINGDALE, Ark., Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Jessa Duggar delighted fans by sharing new photos of son Spurgeon this week. The 23-year-old reality star took to Instagram to post a picture of herself kissing the two-week-old infant Wednesday. Duggar and husband Ben Seewald welcomed their son Nov. 5.

"'Ok mom, you're smothering me with all the kisses!'" she captioned the snapshot. "But those chubby cheeks are absolutely irresistible! I'm in love! @ben_seewald #BabyQuincy."
Duggar had shared a sleeping photo of the newborn Sunday, writing, "Have to wonder what it is that babies dream about." She and Seewald explained their son's unusual name, Spurgeon Elliot Seewald, in a video post last week.
The reality star shared the pictures just days ahead of a new trailer for her new TLC special with sister Jill Duggar, Jill & Jessa: Counting On. Brother Josh Duggar's wife, Anna Duggar, speaks out for the first time in the preview, calling her situation "heartbreaking."
Duggar and her family came to fame on TLC series 19 Kids & Counting, which was canceled in the wake of Josh Duggar's molestation scandal. Part one of the Counting On special will air Dec. 13 at 8 p.m. ET, with parts two and three to follow Dec. 20 and 27 at 9 p.m.
