Hyderabadi Biryani

Did you know: There are two types of Hyderabadi Biryani - Kachi Style and Pakki style. Kachi style is prepared by marinating the meat with spices and yogurt overnight and half cooked rice is placed on top of the raw meat and cooked in dum. Whereas Pakki Style is like our regular biryani.
