Beware the "Kraken."

This is no mythical ancient beast. The "Kraken" is a brand-new concept yacht design from the magical minds of Gray Designs, the creators of the Batmobile-like Xhibitionist yacht.

With its angular design and ability to reach a top speed of 35 knots, this 200-foot yacht would certainly be a terror on the high seas if it were ever built.

Named for a mythical tentacled sea beast, the Kraken would be a 200-foot monster if built.

"The Kraken is a light-hearted design study exploring the limits of yacht design," according to the designer's website.

The angular design recalls that of a stealth aircraft, and it can theoretically reach a top speed of 35 knots. Despite the sharp-edged design, teak decking is prominent on the top deck of the boat.

There's also room at the bow for a helipad.

The inside is pretty luxurious, with double stairwells and twinkling wall hangings.

The yacht has four levels, each with its own accommodations.

The team that designed the Kraken also designed the Vapour GT concept. The car and boat match intentionally and have similar designs and bright red paintwork.

The car can reach a top speed of 180 miles per hour.
