ZEPHYR FILES TECHNICAL REPORT FOR THE DAWSON GOLD PROPERTY

Zephyr Minerals Ltd. has filed a revised technical report on the Dawson gold project on SEDAR. The technical report is titled "Updated National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report for the Dawson Property, located in Colorado, U.S., dated Aug. 26, 2015," and was prepared for Zephyr by Patrick Hannon, PEng, and Doug Roy, PEng, of MineTech International Ltd., Andrew Hilchey, PGeo, of Mercator Geological Services Ltd., Mark Graves, PGeo, an independent consultant, and Matt Bolu, PEng, of Bomenco Inc.

Mr. Roy, PEng, with MineTech International, is a qualified person as defined under National Instrument 43-101, and has reviewed and approved the scientific and technical information in this news release.
