Pakistani cricketer Umar Akmal has now been seeing worst days of his life as he is being dragged into several controversies at the same time. After his dance party caused him massive trouble, another controversy is up at the time when he’s messed up all around.
A Lahore based model Racheal Khan in an interview to a local media revealed that in August during ‘Play for Peace’ event in Oslo, Norway, Umar Akmal irritated her as he was drunk and in reverse she slapped the star cricketer. However, the management interrupted in and whisked away Umar Akmal.
Pakistan middle-order batsman Umar Akmal Tuesday sent a defamation notice to model Racheal Khan for ‘damaging his reputation’ by hurling an allegation of harassment against him. The notice demanded Rachel Khan to issue a public apology within 15 days otherwise he would file a defamation lawsuit against her, local media reported.
It isn’t sure that whether the model’s allegations are based on facts or it is a cheap publicity stunt.
