Vishal Malkan of malkansview.com told CNBC-TV18, "First I would like to say that realty stocks have been underperforming for the last couple of years and it is underperforming sector as well and there is no sign of upward movement in those stocks. So, definitely an exit from DB Realty and as a thumb rule, you should always try to buy stocks which are in momentum, so I would go with something like Ashok Leyland which is showing good strength in the auto sector and even Voltas in that sector is good. So, I would say exit from DB Realty and get into these couple of stocks."DB Realty ended at Rs 59, down Rs 0.50, or 0.84 percent.
