Indore: Jaipuri tempering will be the flavour of season's most talked wedding at Maheshwar fort involving the Holkar royal family and business tycoon Godrej. Wedding bells will toll at Holkar royal palace once again after nine years when son of Shivaji Rao Holkar, Yeshwant will tie knot with Nairika, his childhood friend and daughter of industrialist Vijay Crishna Godrej.
The grand wedding is scheduled for December 28 and 29.

In a bid to provide a comfortable and luxurious stay for guests the royal family has contracted a Jaipur-based firm to raise exquisite tents on Narmada river banks opposite spectacular Maheshwar Fort.
A member of Rehwa Society talking to TOI said, "Royal tents will be erected on the banks of Narmada for stay of guests." Rehwa Society is a quarter-century old not-for-profit foundation, created by Holkar family of erstwhile Indore Maharaja. Society presently is also busy knitting handmade wedding dresses for the bride and groom.
Scheduled on December 28 and 29, wedding will witness eminent personalities including industrialists, politicians and Bollywood bigwigs. Couple will exchange vows in Ahilyeshwar Temple within the palace premises.
Yeshwant manages business in Goa while Nairka is a lawyer. In 2006, Yeshwant's elder sister Sabrina had got married at the same fort.
As per Forbes survey released in July 2015, Godrej empire is about Rs 75,318 crore worth and also stands 15th among top 50 rich families in Asia. Nairika's father Vijay Crishna is among the board of directors of Godrej Company.
