PALPA: A total of 136 people with HIV have been receiving antiretroviral treatment from the United Mission Hospital in Tansen.

According to the hospital out of them 77 are women and 59 are men.

The District Health Office said that four years ago the total number of HIV infected in the district was 86 and now it has reached 266.

It was 237 in previous year and out of them 66 are single women.
