Minister for Consumer Affairs & Public Distribution and Tribal Affairs, Ch Zulfkar Ali today expressed his gratitude to MLC, Surinder Chowdhary for donating a school bus to Gujjar hostel, Reasi.Mr. Surinder Chowdhary, today handed over the authority letter of Rs. 7.60 lakh to the Minister at his office chamber in Civil Secretariat Jammu, in this regard.Speaking on the occasion, the Minister said that he along with MLC had earlier visited the Gujjar Hostel Reasi during which it was observed that school children belonging to far-off hilly areas were facing difficulties for want of proper transport facilities.During the visit, the Minister said that the MLC had expressed his desire to provide funds for a school bus out of his Constituency Development Fund (CDF) so that the said problem is addressed.
