Hanuman and Ram temples brace for large turnout today

Even in this, the best time to worship the goddess is during the ‘vrishabh kaal’ between 5.42-7.38pm. Her picture must be accompanied by an image of Lord Ganesh.

Special midnight worship is undertaken during this dark night of Kartik Amavasya. This year the maha nisheeth kaal occurs from 11.38pm on Wednesday to 12.31am on Thursday.
