EARLY WARNING REPORT

Concept Capital Management Ltd. (CCM) acquired an additional 910,000 common shares of Goldstrike Resources Ltd. between Sept. 16, 2015, and Oct. 22, 2015, at a weighted average price of 11.55 cents per share. In addition, CCM also has ownership and control over an aggregate of 1.7 million share purchase warrants of Goldstrike. CCM now owns an aggregate of 9,356,500 shares (9.41 per cent) on an undiluted basis and 11,056,500 shares (11.14 per cent) on a partially diluted basis assuming conversion of the warrants.
