Jubilant Congress look to Bihar as springboard for success

LUCKNOW: A jubilant Congress celebrated it’s seven-time growth in strength -- from 4 in 2010, to 27 on Sunday -- by distributing sweetmeats among its leaders and party workers. In Lucknow, senior Congress leader Mohsina Kidwai was seen celebrating at the party office with other MLAs of the party.
