WHY WE ELECTED GEGE MP TO PARLIAMENT?

Sir,

More than complying with the government of this country and go to the polling stations, more than doing it as per the country’s  Constitution as a constituency, we elected a legislator whom we believed would represent us well.

He would put the interest of the people ahead of his.
We wanted to elect a person who would implement laws that would change the current penurious state of the people of Swaziland and the Gege Constituency.

Some Members of Parliament we elected previously had never done all this.
Some opted to prioritise livestock ahead of the people who elected them. We don’t want to experience this again.
The Gege Constituency consists of 11 chiefdoms and it needs a hard man, a dedicated one not a politician who will be easily frustrated by criticism.

Sir allow me to say, so far so good Honourable MP Mbongiseni Malinga. Hats off, you are coming alright. It was my first time to see a Member of Parliament who opted to fork out from his own pocket to benefit people under his constituency.

As I was writing this about three schools were being constructed and a deep tank within the constituency. Electricity schemes are formed to improve the lives of the people in this constituency.
About 90 per cent of the homesteads in this constituency have electricity now.

In some areas of this constituency roads are very bad but our MP is always seen doing something about it. I’ve heard that he wants to group the youth to do something as well. That is wonderful.

This is the person we wanted, this is the Moses of the people of Gege.
Honourable MP please don’t lose focus and maintain, we’re here to support you and give advice. Thumbs up sir!

 Ronnie Dlamini, Siyendle
