Anil Ambani Group’s electricity distribution utility BSES welcomed the Delhi High Court’s judgment quashing the Delhi government’s decision to get the accounts of the city’s three private power distribution companies by the CAG. “Power distribution is a regulated business with in-built checks and balances. The entire process is transparent and scrutinised by DERC on a regular basis,” the company said in a statement.
