JAMMU, Oct 31: Halloween–inspired and upscale fitness workout for female and kids’ fitness enthusiasts was organized at Amar Singh Club Jammu wherein more than 80 participants shook up with doing something they love to live a healthy, natural and active lifestyle.
The workshop was organized by SnS Fitness Club and Planet Fitness in Association with Amar Singh Club Jammu and was supported by The Grand Banquets.
The event was powered by the three distinct workout sessions Zumba, Reebok Body Conditioning and Reebok Core Pilates was conducted by the dream team Comprising of Master Trainer Aarti Mahajan along with Pavit Kour, Neha Bhogal and Safa Nadeem, all certified licensed instructor.
The 2 hours non-stop show was altogether a new experience of club lighting, special effects and cutting-edge sound systems while celebrating the joy of giving through dance, fitness, friendship and love.
The event started with Zumba dance-fitness workout with Show Stopper Safa Nadeem, Pavit Kaur and Neha Bhogal whose movements powered by the energy and passion made the participants to move and be active in fun way.
The highlight of the event was two sessions of Reebok Body Conditioning and Reebok Core Pilates demo classes to participants unveiling new fitness amenities by Master Trainer Aarti Mahajan.
Vijay Saraf, Secretary of the Club was presented with memento by the event team of the occasion.
Aarti Mahajan, Chief Instructor and Event Coordinator while speaking on occasion said that “Fitness is a symbol of change and said the workshops are an invitation to take part, and to unlock your true potential with fulfilled moments for healthier lifestyle”.
Manik Dingra, Owner Planet Fitness while presenting vote of thanks added “We are proud to be partners with Amar Singh Club and sponsors who share the same goal, passion and values in hope of spreading the message of compassion and care for people living while promoting health and fitness to the public”.
