There are some celebs who go all out for Halloween – think Heidi Klum or Paris Hilton.
But this year it looks like they have some stiff competition in the shape of Leona Lewis .
The X Factor winner got into the spooky spirit early as she hosted a party dressed as Medusa over the weekend.
This wasn’t just any old costume though – oh no, she went for full green face paint and gold snakes as hair. It’s enough to turn us to stone.
The 30-year-old shared a few pictures from her bash, as did some of her guests including singer ZZ Ward.
The American star shared a picture of herself dressed as a minion with Leona, captioned: "Let the #Halloween turn up begin!!! Getting my Minion on with the hostess Medusa"
It seems the party was just what she needed as she revealed she had been going through some unknown heartache.
She tweeted: “Laughter is such a cure for heart ache & having friends around me this weekend making me laugh until I cry has been a true blessing.”
