Exxon Raises Annual Dividend Payout for 33rd Consecutive Year

Exxon Mobil Corp., the world’s biggest oil explorer, declared a quarterly dividend on Wednesday that will raise the 2015 payout for the 33rd straight year.

Exxon Mobil Corp. declared a 73-cent quarterly dividend that will bring the full-year 2015 payout to $2.88 a share, marking the 33rd straight year of increases by the world’s biggest oil explorer.

Investors holding Exxon shares as of Nov. 12 will receive payment on Dec. 10, the Irving, Texas-based company said in a statement Wednesday. The full-year payout represents a 6.7 percent increase from the $2.70 a share distributed in 2014.
