It’s Confirmed! Sonia Sedibe Will Be Making Her TV Return Soon!

More exciting news for Sonia Sedibe fans. It’s official! She will be back on our screens with a role on e.tv’s telenovela, Gold Diggers. It’s believed that the former Generations actor  has already started filming on the show and she is expected to make her first appearance in December! Aren’t you excited?

Last week, rumours started going around that Sonia Sedibe was making her TV comeback. Reports stated that Sedibe had inked a deal with etv telenovela “Gold Diggers”, where her former TV husband Menzi Ngubani will make his debut later this week. Well, the rumor were true.

Sunday World even went on and contacted etv on whether the rumours are true and the channel had to say the following: “The Gold Diggers crew is currently auditioning for an actress to play a lead role. Sonia Sedibe is on the shortlist of actresses being considered for this role.  Information will be revealed once casting has been finalised. Viewers need to stay tuned for more,” a statement read.

It seems that Sonia Sedibe’s talent out-shined the rest. Well done!
