Boy hangs himself

A class VIII student hanged himself to death at his house in Uppal on Saturday, the police said.

J. Karthik (13), who was a student of a private school, lived along with his parents at Sainagar in Uppal area. On Saturday evening, his father Tirupathi went out on some work, while his mother went to their neighbour’s house when the incident took place. “The teenager hanged himself to the window grill using a towel,” the Uppal police said. The family members of the boy told the police that he was suffering from stomach ailment and might have ended his life due to it.

15-year-old ends life

A 15-year-old boy hanged himself to death here at Sai Nagar, Tukaram Gate, on Sunday.

The deceased, Rajesh, was a class X student of a private school.

According to Tukaram Gate Sub-Inspector Shyam, his father Madhusudhan had woken him up around 7.30 a.m., after which the boy got up and went to another room.

Later, at 11.30 a.m., when Madhusudhan came home, he found his son’s body hanging from the ceiling. The Sub-Inspector said that Rajesh’s mother passed away a few months ago after which he was depressed. His mobile phone was also taken to check if there was any reason behind his suicide, he added.

Hostel warden hangs himself to death

V. Vishnu (27), a warden working with Narayana College hostel in Hyderguda hanged himself to death on Saturday, the police said. Vishnu, a native of Warangal district was working for the last 11 months at the institution.
