Earlier, the Sathe couple, played by Darshan Jariwala and Shama Deshpande, had launched the movie’s poster at Andheri Cha Raja during the Ganesh festival. The romcom revolves around a couple from diverse cultural backgrounds who has to exchange their homes for three months to know each other’s families better.
All praise for his actors, the film’s director Raj V Shetty, says, “It was great fun working with Manojji and Niluji. They share a wonderful chemistry on screen and their comic timing is impeccable.”
On his part, Manoj says, “The director had completed the pre-production planning so well that there was no confusion on set.” Nilu adds, “Shooting with Raj was such a smooth and peaceful experience that I miss it.” Also present for the Mata Ki Chowki were Mohit Madan and Jyoti Sharma, the lead pair of the film, which is produced by Nadia Ali Shirazi, besides composer Jaidev Kumar and distributor Girish Wankhede.
Love Exchange, produced by Winds Of Change Entertainment Pvt Ltd, releases October 30.
