"I did not go the police department, I talked to them on the phone when they offered me to come. I said they could manage on their own and they should know how to work well without me. They said that knew it very well, indeed. In other words, a report was drawn up against me on October 10, and will be sent a summons, but the day of the court trial has not been appointed yet, as I understand it. To be brief, the process is going on,"-- Uladzimir Niakliayeu said.

Anatol Liabedzka received a message that he would be summoned to court for taking part in "the National Flag March" and under the report drawn up because of that. The day of the trial has not been assigned yet. Anatol Liabedzka is also getting ready to consider his appeal from the administrative penalty for September 30th rally. The appeal will be considered on October 22 in Minsk city court.

Meanwhile, the police summons the protesters from Independence Square on October 11, shortly after the elections. An activist Leznid Kulakou said that he and his co-thinkers were summoned to the Central police station on October 19 at 14.00 p.m.

"I know that Ales Makaeu, Mikalai Kolas, Ales Rybachenka, Mariya Kasiyan and Volha Nikalaichik have been summoned, too. They are looking for Maxim Viniarski to hand in a summons. The reason is their participating in the rally on the square. We are going to go to the police together with a lawyer,” — Leanid Kulakou said.

On Friday, October 16 Artur Zhuk, a Minsk factory worker, was fined Br 720,000 for participation in the rally on Independence Square. The young man was charged with using foul language in a public place.

Also, a report against the well-known writer Adam Hlobus for his taking part in the rally on Independence Square was drawn up.

"I haven’t received a summons with the exact time yet, but I’ve been warned I should be waiting for it," -- Adam Globus said.
