Pasanga 2 trailer: Suriya tries to pull off an Aamir Khan from Taare Zameen Par in this children's film!

Though Suriya is hardly there in the trailer, his screen presence will remind you of Aamir's Ram Shankar Nikumbh from TZP

Earlier titled as Haiku and now rechristened as Pasanaga 2, is not only produced by Suriya but the actor also plays a cameo in the film. Actress Amala Paul is also a part of the film. If you have seen Pandiraj's previous kiddie flicks, you would know that the director holds a lot of promise in this genre. Aamir Khan took a leaf out of Suriya's book during the remake of Tamil film Ghajini into Hindi. And now, it is turn for Suriya to get inspired from Aamir Khan. Suriya in Pasanga 2 is said to be playing a social worker, but his antics in the trailer looks very similar to Aamir Khan's act in Taare Zameen Par. And since both TZP and Pasanga 2 are children's film, I wont be surprised if Suriya has actually modeled his role around Aamir's Ram Shankar Nikumbh from TZP. Amala Paul and Suriya are barely there in the trailer, and they try to make you laugh by making funny faces. But the trailer belongs to two school going kids, who are different from the lot.
