Exhorting the district Collectors and Superintendents of Police to work in tandem and synergy, Chief Minister K Chadrasekhar Rao today said welfare schemes and development programs should reach out to all on time. At a meeting with Collectors and SPs and other officials at MCR HRD here on Tuesday, the Chief Minister said the former play a key role in implementing the flagship program of double bed room houses for the poor. The Collectors should be proactive in taking the schemes to the poor and deprived class. He expressed discontent at the previous governments for not caring to provide shelter to the poor.
