ABC has given a full-season order to Priyanka Chopra’s “Quantico,” Variety has learned.

The pickup marks fall’s second new series to get a full-season order, following NBC’s “Blindspot,” which landed its back-nine order last week.

“Quantico” is an action-packed whodunit thriller that follows a diverse group of FBI recruits who have arrived at Quantico headquarters for training. The trainees are the best, brightest and most vetted so it seems impossible that one of them is suspected of masterminding the biggest terrorist attack on New York City since 9/11.

Anchored by international superstar Chopra, the ensembler also stars Josh Hopkins, Aunjanue Ellis, Jake McLaughlin, Tate Ellington, Johanna Braddy, Graham Rogers, Yasmine Al Massri and Anabelle Acosta.

“Quantico” is one of the fall’s hottest new shows, averaging a 1.8 rating in adults 18-49 and about 7 million viewers overall in same-day ratings for its first three episodes in its challenging Sunday 10 p.m. timeslot, according to Nielsen estimates. The Sunday night drama has ranked as the night’s No. 1 broadcast entertainment series in adults 18-49, boosting ABC’s 10 o’clock hour by almost 50%. It has become a big gainer in delayed viewing too, and it is the only new scripted series this fall to grow its “live plus-3” demo rating from its premiere to week two (3.1 to 3.3).

The ABC Studios drama is exec produced by Joshua Safran, Mark Gordon, Nicholas Pepper, Jake Coburn and Robert Sertner.
