ISLAMABAD:  District and Session Judge Muhammad Tanvir sentenced an individual Iftikhar to 14  years in prison and imposed Rs 600000 as fine on him for allegedly subjecting a girl to sexual assault and making a video film of the girl.

Advocate Amir maintained before the court that the accused with his accomplice, Dilawar, called the girl outside  her house and made a video of victim while abusing her and publicized the video film.

The court, after hearing the arguments, awarded 7 years imprisonment and Rs 100000 fine under section 496 A and under another electronic transaction act imprisoned the accused, Iftikhar, for seven years and fined him Rs 500000. His accomplice Dilawar was acquitted for want of evidence.
