Multi-Million Supercar Collection Gets Washed on the Street in London, Cleaning Fail

Keeping you four-wheeled pride and joy clean in London can easily give you headaches, which is why car valeting services are thriving. But how exactly does a mobile car wash work? Can they treat your supercar with the attention it deserves? Unfortunately, we’re not really sure of the answer.

The footage below brings us to the scene of such a cleaning job, with a hotel parking lot holding a multi-million supercar mix becoming the location of choice for a car valeter.

However, the action seems to place a bit too much focus on the briefness of the process, missing some crucial car-care steps along the way. For instance, the valeter uses the same sponge, as well as the same bucket for both the bodywork and the wheels.

Sure, with the proper routine, you can clean these machines while also keeping their finish in good condition, but it would be much safer to follow the classic procedure that demands separate cleaning hardware for the body and the wheels.

We have nothing against such services (after all, the supercars would only struggle to reach fixed car wash points through the clogged London traffic). But, at least when they handle machines such as the ones seen here, some extra care wouldn’t hurt anybody.

Just to make sure nobody misses the value of these high-octane contraptions, we’ll mention a few details about the vehicles being washed here. The list includes a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport ($2,000,000), a Zonda Cinque (one of five, $2,000,000), a Ferrari Enzo ($2,000,000), a Pagani Huayra ($1,400,000), as well as a Brabus G-Class ($650,000).

Then again, many of these superb pieces of engineering are used for bragging rights alone, so you can't expect those who drive-trade them to develop a deep connection with their automobiles. After all, London does have a serious supercar issue and it's not about dirty machines.
