Pilgrims of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh who went to Holy pilgrimage through Hajj Committee will start returning home from October 14. Arrangements are in full swing at Shamsabad international airport. Special Officer Hajj Committee Prof. S A Shukoor visited Hajj terminal on Saturday and conducted a meeting with officials of various departments wherein return arrangements of pilgrims were finalised. Officials of GMR, CESF, Customs, Immigration, Air India and other concerned departments attended the meeting briefed the arrangement.
The first batch of pilgrims will reach Hyderabad on October 14, at 8:40 am. Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Mahmood Ali will receive the pilgrims.
