Variety is the spice of life - and they don't get more varied than the line-up on tonight's Late Late Show.

Controversial UKIP leader Nigel Farage will be interviewed by Ryan Tubridy tonight on the RTE One show.

Farage will be telling Irish viewers why he fears immigration and Islam and sharing his views on how world leaders should deal with ISIS. He will also explain to viewers why he wants the UK to quit Europe - and why Irish people should row in behind them

Hollywood star Colin Farrell will also be dropping by - he will be telling Ryan about his new film 'The Lobster', which was filmed in Co Kerry and has already picked up an award at Cannes.

And rugby star Gareth Thomas will also be putting in an appearance and will no doubt be asked about Ireland's chances in this rugby world cup. Gareth will be chatting about his role in the Guinness campaign, and his much respected decision to come out as gay while still playing professional rugby.

Actor Pat Shortt will be joining Ryan fresh from his gig in Vicar Street, telling viewers about his new RTE series which will draw on the broadcaster's music archives.
