Honda BR-V will probably feature  1.6-liter i-DTEC motor, which is currently being tested in India. The same powerplant finds its application in Europe and is capable of producing 120 PS and 300 Nm of torque. Other than this, the car is also expected to feature the same 1.5-liter i-VTEC motor that finds its application in Honda City. The engine produces 120 PS @ 6,600 rpm and a max torque of 145 Nm @ 4,600 rpm. These engine options are expected to come mated to either a CVT or 6-speed manual transmission.

If Indonesian pricings are any indications, then the car is expected to be priced a whisker under Rs. 11 lacs, falling in the price bracket of Rs. 10.80-12.40 lacs. Dimensionally, the car stands at 4,455 mm in length, 1,735 mm in width, 1,650 mm in height and 2,660 mm in wheelbase with a ground clearance of 200 mm.
