It looks like Shruti Haasan is on a roll. The actress announced that she has completed her portions for the Ajith starrer Vedhalam. “Thank you to the entire team of Vedhalam for making it such a fun and positive experience — especially my super sweet director! Wrap work (sic),” Shruti wrote on Twitter.
We hear that the first half of the film has been locked and soon, the film’s editor Ruben will complete the second half as well. Sources say that the team is pretty happy with the way the film has panned out. The film boasts of a star cast that includes Lakshmi Menon, Rahul Dev, Kabir Singh, Soori and Vidyullekha Raman. The team is now busy with dubbing and other post-production work to wrap up the film by end of this week. Produced by AM Ratnam, Vedhalam is being directed by Siva and the film is slated for a Diwali release.
