Stevie Wonder is officially a single man - but it's going to cost him. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Christine Byrd has signed off on the singer's divorce from his second wife, fashion designer Kai Millard Morris, according to People. 

The 65-year-old Grammy-winning singer and "I Just Called to Say I Love You" hitmaker has agreed to pay $25,000 a month in child support. Wonder and Morris will have joint custody of their two sons - Kailand Morris, 14, and Mandla Kadjay Carl Stevland Morris, 10.  Wonder will also be allowed to take his sons on the road with him for a limited amount of time.

Wonder and Morris married in 2001 but separated in 2009. The singer filed papers to divorce his fashion designer wife over three years ago, citing the usual irreconcilable differences as the reason of their split. Morris was Wonder's second wife, the Associated Press reported. 

"Today Stevland Morris filed for divorce, ending his marriage to Kai Millard Morris," a rep, confirmed to E! News at the time. "As this is a private and personal matter, he asks that the public and the media kindly respect the privacy of Kai, his children, and family at this time."

Wonder has nine children in total with five different women. In December 2014, Wonder welcomed his ninth child Nia with his girlfriend Tomeeka Robyn Bracy. At that time, his rep told Us Weekly that the baby's name means purpose, which is "one of the seven principles of [the African American annual festival] Kwanzaa." 

The "Songs In The Key Of Life" performer was also married to fellow Motown singer Syreeta Wright from 1970 to 1972.
