The world at the start of Heroes Reborn is not a friendly one toward people with enhanced abilities, aka EVOs. Many of them have been captured or killed after the terrorist attack of June 13, for which EVO and original Heroes character Mohinder Suresh (Sendhil Ramamurthy) has been blamed.

The third episode of this new miniseries showed us that things are only going to get worse for the EVOs. The evil conglomerate Renautas just revealed that it has built a new EVO tracker using the ability of people-tracking EVO Molly Walker. However, instead of remaining in hiding or being ashamed of their powers, it looks like the EVOs are now ready to fight back.

In a new promo for Episode 4 of the series titled "The Needs of the Many" – which seems to come from Spock's logic that "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few" from the 1982 film Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan – we see the EVOs starting to harness their powers.

Tommy (Robbie Kay) sounds like he wants to be extraordinary, Carlos (Ryan Guzman) trains in his El Vengador suit and Malina (Danika Yarosh), whom we haven't learned much about – other than the fact that she can control the Northern Lights (nbd) – looks like she's going to break out those strong hands of hers to push someone or something away. Luke (Zachary Levi) may also not be able to continue to suppress his power, no matter how hard he tries.

It looks like this is going to be one action-packed episode of Heroes Reborn, which will hopefully be an improvement over the relatively actionless episode last week. As we also learned last week, Thursday night's upcoming episode of Heroes Reborn also marks the return of Hiro Nakamura (Masi Oka) to the series. With that in mind, how could it be bad?
