Thaman Didn't Got Enough Budget?
on Oct 7, 2015
Music composer Thaman is on cloud nine now, because his songs for "Bruce Lee" have luckily become chartbusters due to their mass content. But a look at the singers of Thaman gives us many doubts.
Almost all the songs in the film are sung by newcomers only. Hero's introduction song "Run Run" was sung by Sai Sharan and Nivaz, while super melody "Ria Ria" was rendered by Malyasia based rapper Rabbit Mac and Deepak. 'Mega Meter' song has Deepak and Hyderabad girl Ramya Behra singing them. While Le Chalo is rendered by Thaman and Megha, "Le Le Brucelee" has Tamil girl Sameera Bharadwaj and popular singer Simha.
Except this Simha, all are new and lesser experienced. This happens only on two reasons, either Thaman would have intentionally went for new singers or makers haven't given budget for him to rope in top singers who charge nearly 5 lakhs per song. What say Thaman?
