McDonald’s customers fume over limited all-day breakfast menu

It’s McMuffingate!

McDonald’s rolled out its all-day breakfast option Tuesday — but not everyone is lovin’ the news.

People are fuming at the fast-food giant because the long-awaited breakfast launch includes limited menus that vary by region.

Hot cakes, fruit and yogurt parfaits and oatmeal are available at all locations nationwide. Hash browns will only have limited availability, a big breakfast blunder to many potato patty lovers.

“Then what the f–k is the point of this whole thing?! #McDonalds #hashbrowngate,” tweeted @iamthedriving.

“Stressing over this exam and finding out hash browns aren’t included in McDonalds’ all day breakfast? Can’t handle all this disappointment,” wrote @Lalanissaa.

The all-day breakfast option includes McMuffins and hash browns at most Big Apple locations, but no biscuits past the 10:30 a.m. cutoff.

“Mcdonalds had me hyped for this all-day breakfast…but then no mcgriddle or biscuits…trash,” griped @LynnJohnson21.

The Golden Arches said the reason the menu varies by location is a lack of grill space to cook both regular lunch items as well as the full breakfast array.

“With so many options, breakfast has never been tastier,” McDonald’s wrote on its site. “Menu items vary by location. Deliciousness doesn’t.”

But many disagree, calling the fast-food joint a Mc-liar.

“ALL DAY BREAKFAST IS A LIE. ITS ONLY MCMUFFINS,” tweeted @madpretzel.

McDonald’s is hoping its other fried potatoes — french fries — will become a top choice for people to pair with their afternoon McGriddles or egg sandwiches.

“All Day Breakfast is the number one request we hear from customers,” the company wrote in a statement. “In fact, more than 120,000 people tweeted at McDonald’s asking for breakfast throughout the day in the past year alone.

“We’re excited to make this dream a reality this year.”
