VFX studio named after his 12-year-old daughter Nysa and five-year-old son Yug.
The company's special effects wing has a line-up of films for 2015, beginning with
Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone's upcoming movie, which opens next month. The company is also working on Christmas releases like Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani, featuring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and
Priyanka Chopra, and Rohit Shetty's Dilwale, with
Shah Rukh Khan,

His new company will manage the post-production of Shivaay, whose action-sequences will be filmed in the snow-capped mountains of Bulgaria. Ajay, who is prepping up for the film will also be shooting Milan Luthria's slice-of-life drama, Baadshao, simultaneously.
“Apart from these films, Ajay's company is also working on the visual effects of Salman Khan's Diwali dhamaka, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, and is taking up many television and regional projects this year as well.
A VFX company was always on Ajay's mind and he has finally launched it,“ the actor's spokesperson informed.
