OCT 5, 2015 LISTEN

Ex-AC Milan utility man Kevin Constant was taken into custody after he was alleged to have verbally assaulted officers at Istanbul Airport.

The 28-year-old had spells in the Serie A at Chievo, Genoa and Milan before making the move to Turkish giants Trabzonspor in 2014.

According to Dogan News Agency, the player arrived at Istanbul Ataturk Airport on Saturday morning to catch a flight to Nice in France, where his brother Bryan currently plies his trade.

Constant then attempted to board the plane through the business lounge, even though he was only in possession of an economy class ticket.

When he was refused entry into business class, he allegedly started cursing and insulting the officers and was duly handcuffed and brought to the airport police station.

It was later revealed that Constant had even failed to pay the taxi fare after his trip to the airport, according to the taxi driver.

Eventually, Constant was released after testifying to a prosecutor and made his way to France, posting a picture of Frejus on his Instagram account, with the caption 'Sun, family, rest'.
