​Badshah’s 'Aaj Raat Ka Scene' is a hit on the party circuit

The expectations from the Aishwarya Rai Bachchan-Irrfan starrer Jazbaa are high.

Going by the response the promo campaign on air is garnering, it looks like filmmaker Sanjay Gupta has set the tone for the thriller, with not just his stylish direction, but a good mix of music as well. 'Aaj Raat Ka Scene', created by Punjabi rapper Badshah, has become a party favourite with the youth.It was boosted by a big traction online within two days of its release. An admirer of the director and his work, Badshah waited a long time to collaborate with him. The singer was surprised by Sanjay’s flair for thrillers like Zinda, Kaante and the Shootout series.
Ecstatic with the response the party number has received, Badshah says, “Sanjay is a master craftsman and the song is in tandem with his style of filmmaking — sleek, fast-paced and edgy.” Speaking about his favourite actress Aishwarya, he says, “It was pleasure meeting her during the making. She is such a fantastic dancer and I would love to shake a leg with her.”
Jazbaa, produced by Zee Studios, Viiking Media & Entertainment and White Feather Films, releases October 9.
