Finally! Scientists invent 'medicinal' chocolate containing just 35 per cent fat

It sounds too good to be true but scientists at an American chocolate company claim to have invented 'medicinal' chocolate.
The company specialises in herbal technologies and claims that the chocolate, which contains only 35 per cent fat, could be eaten as medicine.
Cacao, the core ingredient in chocolate contains lots of antioxidants and minerals which can lower blood pressure and reduce stroke risk.
However, it tastes extremely bitter and requires fat and sugar to make it palatable.
That bitterness can now be dampened down by a herb from the Andean region of Bolivia and Peru, according to Kuka Xoco, the Boston based firm which spearheaded the research.
The herb cuts out the need to use fat and sugar, the two elements which make it unhealthy.
The Daily Mail reports that Gregory Aharonian, president and chief scientist at Kuka Xoco has stated that company's ultimate aim is to develop chocolate with just 10 per cent fat and sugar.
