Fantasy advice: Start Andy Dalton, Greg Olsen

ESPN has planted spies in every NFL locker room -- OK, so they're our NFL Nation team reporters -- in order to provide fantasy owners with inside intel to help you win your league. We call it Insider Trading, a collection of fantasy lineup advice pulled straight from the locker rooms and practice fields of every team.

Here is our NFL Nation reporters' Week 4 fantasy advice.

Arizona Cardinals: He may have turned 30 last week, but Cardinals running back Chris Johnson showed Sunday he’s not slowing down. And with Andre Ellington’s status still uncertain for Sunday, keeping Johnson in the starting lineup will be the right move. His 110 yards and two touchdowns against San Francisco marked the 14th game of his career with at least 100 yards and two rushing touchdowns since entering the league in 2008, and it was his first such game since Week 9 of 2013. The Rams are allowing 4.04 yards per run and Johnson is averaging 4.2. -- Josh Weinfuss

Atlanta Falcons: Not to count out Devonta Freeman coming off a 141-yard, three-touchdown rushing performance, but it might be harder for the second-year Falcons running back to have success on the ground in Week 4, considering who is on the opposite side of the ball Sunday. J.J. Watt’s motor against the run is equally as high as it is against the pass. Watt has eight of his team’s 13 tackles for loss. So, fantasy owners just need to be cautious in thinking the Falcons will run the ball with ease against a Texans team giving up 108.7 rushing yards per game. Nothing is easy with Watt up front. -- Vaughn McClure
