“Etiquette for Mistresses” Box Office Income Reaches P15 Million on Opening Day

The newest movie offering from one of the country’s most popular film outfit, Star Cinema made an outstanding box office income on its opening day. The movie “Etiquette for Mistresses” debuted strongly in the box office earning more than P15 million on its opening day.

Veteran TV host, Boy Abunda announced the movie’s gross earnings on “Tonight with Boy Abunda,” which was aired on Wednesday night.

One of the show’s guest, veteran actress Claudine Barretto, one of the stars of the film, stated during the interview that she was still still shock with the box office outcome of her latest movie alongside some of Kapamilya Channel’s most prominent actress.

The 36-year-old Claudine Barretto thanks the supporters of the movie as she was quoted as saying “Maraming maraming salamat po sa lahat ng nanuod at manunuod pa,” she said.

The movie featuring Kris Aquino, Claudine Barretto, Kim Chiu and Iza Calzado is under the direction of Chito S. Rono. The film “Etiquette for Mistresses” is currently showing in more than 200 cinemas nationwide.
