On demand wheel-spinners Ash Styles and Nivek, also known as Game recognise Game, are set to perform in Malawi this weekend. The youthful talented deejays will entertain at one of Malawi’s top deejays’ double birthday celebration to be held in Blantyre and Lilongwe tomorrow and Saturday night respectively.

Dubbed DJ Maya’s 26th Double Birthday Celebration, the two deejays who are also on Star FM’s roaster, are slated to perform at The Basement in Blantyre and Chez Ntemba in Lilongwe and round off the celebrations with a Sunday Barbeque at Lake Malawi.

DJ Maya, one of Malawi’s top and popular deejays is hosting an epic double birthday celebration that also features South African lady wheel-spinner Thabithabs as well as top artistes from Malawi. Former Malawi Big Brother housemate Mr 265 will be the host at the shows.

In an interview with DJ Nivek, he said: “We are very excited to be returning to Malawi. Special thanks to our guy DJ Maya who is celebrating his 26th birthday.

“After our first visit in 2010 we managed to keep in touch and ever since the relationship has grown bigger and bigger.

“Malawi is like our home as well so we are looking forward to a great time.”

Nivek added: “To us, this is not just an opportunity to expand our brand as Game recognise Game but also about representing our country Zimbabwe.

“To us it’s more of national duty and we want to make sure we represent our country well.”

This visit is the second time the two deejays will have toured Malawi after having last visited the country in 2010 alongside female deejay, Miss Smuffet.

The two deejays are expected to leave the country today.
